for a summer internship. Students are required to submit an application 
package consisting of an application form, a personal essay describing 
career goals, a parent/guardian permission form for parents to sign 
approving the child's participation, and a teacher recommendation.

II. Method of Collection

    NASA will utilize a Web-base application form with instructions and 
other application materials also on-line. However, once the application 
form and other application materials are down loaded and filled out, 
the package is mailed in to NASA.

III. Data
