and Electric Company seeks an
amendment of license to delete
approximately 2.7 miles of the Narrows
No. 2–Smartville Substation 60 kV
transmission line extending between the
new Narrows 2 distribution substation
to the Smartville Substation from the
Project license. The licensee states that
this portion of the transmission line is
no longer a ‘‘primary line’’ for the
Narrows No. 2 Powerhouse Project and
thus is not subject to licensing by the
Commission.
