ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: We are advising the public that we have prepared a pest risk analysis that evaluates the risks associated with the interstate movement into the continental United States of fresh guava fruit from Hawaii. Based on that analysis, we believe that the application of one or more designated phytosanitary measures will be sufficient to mitigate the risks of introducing or disseminating plant pests or noxious weeds via the interstate movement of guavas from Hawaii. We are making the pest risk analysis available to the public for review and comment. SUMMARY: We will consider all comments that we receive on or before October 25, 2010. SUMMARY: The MedBow-Routt Resource Advisory Committee will meet in 
Saratoga, Wyoming. The committee is meeting as authorized under the 
Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (Pub. L. 110-
343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The 
purpose of the meeting is for an update on projects proposed for 
funding, and selection of some projects.

DATES: The meeting will be held Sept 2, 2010, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
