SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is
hereby given that, pursuant to the
Supplemental Appropriations Act,
2010, Public Law 111–212, FEMA is
amending the cost-sharing arrangement
concerning Federal funds provided
under the authority of the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency
Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5140b, 5172,
and 5123 for the major disaster declared
on April 29, 2010, for the State of
Mississippi due to the damage resulting
from severe storms, tornadoes, and
flooding. The Mississippi major disaster
declaration is amended as follows:
Federal funds for all categories of Public
Assistance (Categories A–G), including direct
Federal assistance, provided under this
declaration are authorized at 90 percent of
total eligible costs.
(The following Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance Numbers (CFDA) are to be used
for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
Community Disaster Loans; 97.031, Cora
Brown Fund; 97.032, Crisis Counseling;
