of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Tennessee (FEMA–1909–DR),
dated May 4, 2010, and related
determinations.

Supplemental Appropriations Act,
2010, Public Law 111–212, FEMA is
amending the cost-sharing arrangement
concerning Federal funds provided
under the authority of the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency
Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5140b, 5172,
and 5123 for the major disaster declared
on May 4, 2010, for the State of
Tennessee due to the damage resulting
from severe storms, flooding, straightline winds, and tornadoes. The
Tennessee major disaster declaration is
