the Export Administration Regulations
(EAR) and provides for continuing
review to update the EAR as needed.

Polyester Staple Fiber from Taiwan:
Rescission of Antidumping Duty
Administrative Review in Part

Department of Commerce.
SUMMARY: On June 30, 2010, in response
to a request from an interested party, the
Department of Commerce initiated an
administrative review of the
antidumping duty order on polyester
staple fiber from Taiwan. The period of
review is May 1, 2009, through April 30,
2010. The Department of Commerce is
rescinding this review in part.
