Environmental Mailing List
The environmental mailing list
includes federal, state, and local
government representatives and
agencies; elected officials;
environmental and public interest
groups; Native American Tribes; other
interested parties; and local
newspapers. This list also includes all
affected landowners (as defined in the
Commission’s regulations) who are
potential right-of-way grantors, whose
property may be used temporarily for
project purposes, or who own homes
within certain distances of aboveground
facilities, and anyone who submits
comments on the project. We will
update the environmental mailing list as
the analysis proceeds to ensure that we
send the information related to this
environmental review to all individuals,
organizations, and government entities
interested in and/or potentially affected
by the planned project.
If the EA is published for distribution,
copies will be sent to the environmental
mailing list for public review and
comment. If you would prefer to receive
a paper copy of the document instead of
the CD version or would like to remove
your name from the mailing list, please
return the attached Information Request
(appendix 2).

lands administered by the U.S. Bureau
of Land Management.

Lake North Hydro’s request to use the
Traditional Licensing Process.
k. With this notice, we are initiating
informal consultation with: (a) The U.S.
Fish and Wildlife Service under section
7 of the Endangered Species Act and the
joint agency regulations thereunder at
50 CFR, Part 402; and (b) the Oregon
State Historic Preservation Officer, as
required by section 106, National
Historical Preservation Act, and the
implementing regulations of the
Advisory Council on Historic
Preservation at 36 CFR 800.2.

a proposed process plan and schedule)
with the Commission, pursuant to 18

Take notice that on August 5, 2010,
Crosstex LIG, LLC (Crosstex) filed to
revise its Statement of Operating
Conditions to provide additional
options for contracting transportation
services, change the manner in which
Crosstex addresses capacity and priority
determinations, clarify the nature in
which certain gas accounting will be
managed, and to change certain
situational financial requirements.
Any person desiring to participate in
this rate filing must file in accordance
with Rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
