SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils (SSSSC) from Taiwan with respect to 20 companies.1 The Department selected Chia Far Industrial Factory Co., Ltd. (Chia Far), as the mandatory respondent in this review. The respondents which were not selected for individual examination are listed in the ‘‘Preliminary Results of Review’’ section of this notice. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009. We preliminarily determine that sales were not made below normal value (NV). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 27, 1999, the Department published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on SSSSC from Taiwan. On July 1, 2009, the Department published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request administrative review of this order. On July 28, 2009, Chia Far submitted a timely request for the Department to conduct an administrative review of its shipments of SSSSC made during the POR, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(b)(2).
