Northern Illinois Gas Company (Nicor)
filed a petition to establish (1) new
service rates pursuant to section
284.123(b)(2) of the Commission’s
regulations; (2) establish a new storage
loss recovery mechanism; and (3)
incorporate minor housekeeping
corrections and clarifications to its
Operating Statement.

announces that EPA is planning to
submit a request for a new Information
Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB). Before
submitting the ICR to OMB for review
and approval, EPA is soliciting
comments on specific aspects of the
proposed information collection as
described below.
