The purpose is to review and approve RFP and Title II Project Submission Form, discuss monitoring of Projects, discuss and determine means of distribution of RFP, review timelines and set next meeting date, RAC costs to date. AGENCY: It has been determined by the NRCS State Conservationist for Virginia that changes must be made in the NRCS State Technical Guide specifically in the following practice standards: #327, Conservation Cover and #315, Herbaceous Weed Control. These practices will be used to plan and install conservation practices. DATES: Comments will be received for a 30-day period commencing with this date of publication. SUMMARY: Missoula County Resource Advisory Committee ACTION: 47259 Sfmt 4703 Section 343 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 states that revisions made after enactment of the law to NRCS State technical guides used to carry out highly erodible land and wetland provisions of the law shall be made available for public review and comment. For the next 30 days, the NRCS in Virginia will receive comments relative to the proposed changes. SUMMARY: The Northern New Mexico Resource Advisory Committee will meet 
in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The committee is meeting as authorized 
under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 
2000 (Pub. L. 110-343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2 Sec. Sec.  1-15, October 6, 1972, as 
amended 1976, 1980 and 1982). The purpose is to review and approve RFP 
and Title II Project Submission Form, discuss monitoring of Projects, 
discuss and determine means of distribution of RFP, review timelines 
and set next meeting date, RAC costs to date.

DATES: The meeting will be held on August 17, 2010, beginning at 10
