ACTION:
The National Park Service
(NPS) announces a meeting of the
Denali National Park and Preserve
Aircraft Overflights Advisory Council.
The purpose of this meeting is to
discuss mitigation of impacts from
aircraft overflights at Denali National
Park and Preserve. The Aircraft
Overflights Advisory Council is
authorized to operate in accordance
with the provisions of the Federal
Advisory Committee Act.
Public Availability of Comments:
These meetings are open to the public
and will have time allocated for public
testimony. The public is welcome to
present written or oral comments to the
Aircraft Overflights Advisory Council.
Each meeting will be recorded and
meeting minutes will be available upon
request from the park superintendent for
public inspection approximately six
weeks after each meeting. Before
including your address, telephone
number, e-mail address, or other
personal identifying information in your
comment, you should be aware that
your entire comment—including your
personal identifying information—may
be made publicly available at any time.
While you can ask us in your comment
to withhold your personal identifying
information from public review, we
cannot guarantee that we will be able to
do so.
DATES: The Denali National Park and
Preserve Aircraft Overflights Advisory
Council meeting will be held on Friday,
September 10, 2010, from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m., Alaska Standard Time. The
meeting may end early if all business is
completed.

ACTION: Institution of investigation
pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337.
AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given that a
complaint was filed with the U.S.
International Trade Commission on June
30, 2010, under section 337 of the Tariff
Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C.
1337, on behalf of Interactive Life
Forms, LLC of Austin, Texas. A letter
supplementing the complaint was filed
on July 22, 2010. The complaint, as
supplemented, alleges violations of
section 337 based upon the importation
into the United States, the sale for
importation, and the sale within the
United States after importation of
certain devices having elastomeric gel
and components thereof by reason of
infringement of certain claims of U.S.
Patent No. 5,782,818 (‘‘the ‘818 patent’’)
and U.S. Patent No. 5,807,360 (‘‘the ‘360
patent’’). The complaint further alleges
that an industry in the United States
exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of
section 337.
The complainant requests that the
Commission institute an investigation

and, after the investigation, issue an
exclusion order and cease and desist
orders.

Act of 1930, as amended, and in section

Scope of Investigation: Having
considered the complaint, the U.S.
International Trade Commission, on
July 29, 2010, Ordered That—
(1) Pursuant to subsection (b) of
section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended, an investigation be instituted
to determine whether there is a
violation of subsection (a)(1)(B) of
section 337 in the importation into the
United States, the sale for importation,
or the sale within the United States after
importation of certain devices having
elastomeric gel and components thereof
that infringe one or more of claims 1–
7 of the ‘818 patent and claims 1–12 of
the ‘360 patent, and whether an
industry in the United States exists as
required by subsection (a)(2) of section
337;
(2) For the purpose of the
investigation so instituted, the following
are hereby named as parties upon which
this notice of investigation shall be
served:
