information required to be disclosed
concerning each foreign principal, and
must be utilized within 10 days of date
contract is made or when initial activity
occurs, whichever is first.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average response: The
total estimated number of responses is
164 at approximately .49 hours (29
minutes) per response.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: There are an estimated 80
annual total burden hours associated
with this information collection.

The Department of Justice (DOJ),
National Security Division (NSD), will

collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The proposed information collection is
published to obtain comments from the
public and affected agencies. Comments
are encouraged and will be accepted for
‘‘sixty days’’ until October 1, 2010. This
process is conducted in accordance with
5 CFR 1320.10.
