L. 111–117, approved December 16, 2009), to enable doctoral candidates enrolled at institutions of higher education accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U. S. other requirements for the FY2010 Doctoral Dissertation Research Grant 
NOFA. Approximately $400,000 is made available through this NOFA, by 
the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117, approved 
December 16, 2009), to enable doctoral candidates enrolled at
