    Take notice that on July 7, 2010, pursuant to section 5 of the 
Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. 717d (2006) and Rule 206 of the Federal

385.206 (2010), Texas Gas Service Company, a Division of ONEOK (TGS) 
(Complainants) filed a formal complaint against El Paso Natural Gas 
Company (EPNG) (Respondent) alleging that EPNG's Mainline postage stamp
