Notice is hereby given that the
deadline for filing protests with regard
to the applicant’s request for blanket
authorization, under 18 CFR part 34, of
future issuances of securities and

ACTION: Notice of Program Intent.
AGENCY:
The Department of Energy
(DOE) today gives notice that the Office
of Biomass Program, in the Office of
Energy Efficiency and Renewable
Energy, intends to conduct a Reverse
Auction pursuant to section 942 of the
Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005).
Through this notice, biofuels producers
and other interested parties are invited
to submit pre-auction eligibility
information in accordance with the
process described below.
DATES: Pre-auction eligibility
information must be received by
September 20, 2010.
