Rate Approval
Take notice that on July 1, 2010,
Enogex L.L.C. (Enogex) filed pursuant to
section 284.123(b)(2) of the
Commission’s regulations, filed a
petition requesting that the Commission
approve its rates pursuant to section
311(a)(2) of the Natural Gas Policy Act
of 1978. Enogex proposes to reduce its
fixed fuel percentages to a fuel factor of
0.69% for the East Zone and a fuel
factor of 0.59% for the West Zone of its
system for the period of August 1, 2010
through March 31, 2011.
