The fish processing includes, in addition to processing, other activity relating to fishing such as preparation, supply, storage, refrigeration, or transportation. Weekly reports are submitted to the National Marine Fisheries Service Regional Administrator to allow monitoring of fish received by foreign vessels. A triangular symbol is stamped on import certificates as notification that the importer does not intend to import or retain the items in the country issuing the certificate, but that, in any case, the items will not be delivered to any other destination except in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations.
