ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: EPA has received a specific exemption request from the Wyoming Department of Agriculture to use the pesticide methyl soyate (BIO-LARV) (CAS Reg. No. 67762–38–3) to treat aquatic vegetation to control mosquito larvae. The applicant proposes the use of a new chemical which has not been registered by EPA.
