Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121–5207 (the Stafford Act), as follows: I have determined that the emergency conditions in certain areas of the State of Texas resulting from Tropical Storm Alex beginning on June 27, 2010, and continuing, are of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant an emergency declaration under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (‘‘the Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I declare that such an emergency exists in the State of Texas. You are authorized to provide appropriate assistance for required emergency measures, authorized under Title V of the Stafford Act, to save lives and to protect property and public health and safety, and to lessen or avert the threat of a catastrophe in the designated areas. gauger.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to 19 CFR 151.13, 
Intertek USA, Inc., 214 N. Gulf Blvd., Freeport, TX 77541, has been 
approved to gauge petroleum and petroleum products for customs 
purposes, in accordance with the provisions of 19 CFR 151.13. Anyone 
wishing to employ this entity to conduct gauger services should request 
and receive written assurances from the entity that it is approved by 
the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to conduct the specific gauger 
service requested. Alternatively, inquires regarding the specific 
gauger service this entity is approved to perform may be directed to
