The committee is meeting as authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (Pub. L 110–343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the meeting is to review project proposals and make project funding recommendations. DATES: The meeting will be held Friday, July 23rd from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday, July 24th from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The committee is meeting as authorized
