(2010), Puget Sound Energy, Inc. filed a
Petition for Declaratory Order
requesting that the Commission confirm
its firm priority rights to use the
capacity on generator lead lines that
will connect the Lower Snake River
Project to the integrated transmission
system of the Bonneville Power
Administration.

SUMMARY: In compliance with the

submitting the ICR to OMB for review
and approval, EPA is soliciting
comments on specific aspects of the
