SUMMARY: This notice publishes
approval of the Compact between the
Shoshone-Paiute Tribes and the State of
Nevada.

Under
Section 11 of the Indian Gaming
Regulatory Act of 1988 (IGRA), Public
Law 100–497, 25 U.S.C. 2710, the
Secretary of the Interior shall publish in
the Federal Register notice of approved
Tribal-State compacts for the purpose of
engaging in Class III gaming activities
on Indian lands. The duration of the
compact is four years calculated from
the date of commencement of gaming.
The compact permits the Tribe to offer
the full gamut of casino-style gaming
authorized by the Nevada Gaming
Commission and/or lawfully permitted
to be played by the State.

Abstract: 21 U.S.C. 952 and 21 CFR
1315.34 require that persons who desire
to import the List I chemicals
ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and
phenylpropanolamine during the next
calendar year shall apply on DEA Form
488 for import quota for such List I
chemicals.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: DEA estimates that fifty-seven
(57) individual respondents will submit
eighty (80) individual import quota
applications. DEA estimates that each
response will take one hour.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: DEA estimates that this
collection will involve eighty (80)
annual public burden hours.
