Abstract: Form 706–NA is used to compute estate and generation-skipping transfer tax liability for nonresident alien decedents in accordance with section 6018 of the Internal Revenue Code. IRS uses the information on the form to determine the correct amount of tax and credits. Current Actions: There are no changes being made to the form at this time. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following hearing of the U.S.-
China Economic and Security Review Commission.
    Name: Daniel M. Slane, Chairman of the U.S.-China Economic and 
Security Review Commission.
    The Commission is mandated by Congress to investigate, assess, and 
report to Congress annually on ``the national security implications of 
the economic relationship between the United States and the People's 
Republic of China.''
    Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission will hold a public hearing

Background
