SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) published a document in
the Federal Register of June 21, 2010,
announcing public meetings for the
Hydraulic Fracturing Research Study.
The document contained an incorrect
EPA Web site address in two places.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.
SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, Public Law
92–463, the Environmental Protection
Agency, Office of Research and
Development (ORD), gives notice of a
meeting of the Board of Scientific
Counselors (BOSC) Executive
Committee.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
Monday, July 12, 2010, from 9 a.m. to
5 p.m., and will continue on Tuesday,
July 13, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. until 1
p.m. All times noted are pacific time.
The meeting may adjourn early if all
business is finished. Requests for the
draft agenda or for making oral
presentations at the meeting will be
accepted up to one business day before
the meeting.

the U.S. EPA, 200 SW. 35th Street,
Corvallis, OR 97333. Submit your
