Take notice that the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (Commission)
will hold a Commissioner-led Technical
Conference to address industry
perspectives on certain issues pertaining
to the development and enforcement of
mandatory Reliability Standards for the
Bulk-Power System. The conference
will focus on the Electric Reliability
Organization’s (ERO) standards
development process; communication
and interactions between the
Commission, the ERO and Regional
Entities; and ERO and Regional Entity
monitoring and enforcement.
This Technical Conference will be
held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, in the
Commission Meeting Room (2C) at the
Commission’s Washington, DC
headquarters, 888 First Street, NE.,
Washington, DC, from approximately 10
a.m. until 4 p.m. (e.d.t.). A further
notice with detailed information,
including the agenda, will be issued in
advance of this conference. All
interested parties are invited, and there
is no registration list or registration fee
to attend.

ACTION: Notice.
SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44
U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this document
announces that EPA is planning to
submit a request to renew an existing
approved Information Collection
Request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB). This
ICR is scheduled to expire on August
31, 2010. Before submitting the ICR to
OMB for review and approval, EPA is
soliciting comments on specific aspects
of the information collection as
described below.

or before August 20, 2010.
