SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission was reestablished pursuant to Public Law 87–126 as amended by Public Law 105–280. The purpose of the Commission is to consult with the Secretary of the Interior, or his designee, with respect to matters relating to the development of Cape Cod National Seashore, and with respect to carrying out the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the Act establishing the Seashore. The regular business meeting is being held to discuss the following: 1. Adoption of Agenda. 2. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting (May 24, 2010). 3. Reports of Officers. 4. will meet to select North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) 
grant proposals for recommendation to the Migratory Bird Conservation 
Commission (Commission). This meeting is open to the public and 
interested persons may present oral or written statements.

DATES: Council Meeting: July 7, 2010, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are 
interested in presenting information at this public meeting, contact 
the Council Coordinator no later than June 21, 2010.
