SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 11, 2010, the Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) published a notice announcing the opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (‘‘PC Strand’’) from Mexico for the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. See Antidumping or Countervailing Duty Order, Finding, or Suspended Investigation; Opportunity To Request Administrative Review, 75 FR 1333 (January 11, 2010). On January 29, 2010, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(b), the Department received a timely request from American Spring Wire Corp., Insteel Wire Products Co., and Sumiden Wire Products Corp., the petitioners, to conduct an PO 00000 Frm 00013 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 32747 administrative review of Aceros Camesa S.A. de C.V. and Deacero S.A. de C.V.
