may affect the responsibilities of a
particular resource agency, they must
also serve a copy of the document on
that resource agency. A copy of any
motion to intervene must also be served
upon each representative of the
Applicant specified in the particular
application.

licensee has filed an SMP for the Priest
Rapids Hydroelectric Project. The SMP
is a comprehensive plan to manage the
multiple resources and uses of the
project’s shoreline in a manner that is
consistent with license requirements
and project purposes, protection of
environmental resources, and to address
the needs and interests of stakeholders.
