Abstract: The information on Form 8913 will allow filers of the form to PO 00000 Frm 00134 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 30903 correctly compute their federal telephone excise tax refund and the interest due on the refund. Current Actions: Notice 2007–11 is replacing Notice 2006–50. Type of Review: Revision of a currently approved collection. Affected Public: Business or other forprofit, individuals or households, notfor-profit institutions and farms. Estimated Number of Respondents: 100. Estimated Time per Respondent: 14 hours, 50 minutes. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 1,484. The following paragraph applies to all of the collections of information covered by this notice: An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless the collection of information displays a valid OMB control number.
