SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This Notice is soliciting comments from members of the public and affected agencies concerning the proposed collection of information to: (1) Evaluate whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility; (2) evaluate the accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information; (3) enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (4) minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; e.g., permitting electronic submission of responses. This Notice also lists the following information: Title of Proposal: Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities NOFA Rating Factor Forms. Description of Information Collection: The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010 (Pub. L. 111–117, approved December 16, 2009) (Appropriations Act), made $100 million available for the Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant Program to support metropolitan and multijurisdictional planning efforts that integrate housing, land use, economic and workforce development, transportation, and infrastructure investments in a manner that empowers jurisdictions to consider the interdependent challenges of (1) economic competitiveness and revitalization; (2) social equity, inclusion, and access to opportunity; (3) energy use and climate change; and (4) public health and environmental impact. ACTION: Notice of public meetings of the Invasive Species Advisory 
Committee.

Act, notice is hereby given of meetings of the Invasive Species 
Advisory Committee (ISAC). Comprised of 30 nonfederal invasive species 
experts and stakeholders from across the nation, the purpose of the 
Advisory Committee is to provide advice to the National Invasive 
Species Council, as authorized by Executive Order 13112, on a broad 
array of issues related to preventing the introduction of invasive 
species and providing for their control and minimizing the economic, 
ecological, and human health impacts that invasive species cause. The 
Council is co-chaired by the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary
