Failure to comply with this requirement could result in the Secretary’s presumption that reimbursement of antidumping duties occurred and the subsequent assessment of doubled antidumping duties. Timely written notification of the return/destruction of APO materials or conversion to judicial protective order is hereby requested. Failure to comply with the regulations and terms of an APO is a violation which is subject to sanction.     The Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee (RPTAC) 
will meet June 8, 2010, 9 a.m., Room 4830, in the Herbert C. Hoover 
Building, 14th Street between Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues, 
NW., Washington, DC. The Committee advises the Office of the Assistant 
Secretary for Export Administration on implementation of the Export 
Administration Regulations (EAR) and provides for continuing review to 
update the EAR as needed.
