SUMMARY: The Ravalli County Resource
Advisory Committee will meet in
Hamilton, Montana. The purpose of the
meeting is to review projects.
DATES: The meeting will be held May
25, 2010.

input sessions will be provided and
individuals who made written requests
by May 24, 2010 will have the
opportunity to address the Council at
those sessions.

SUMMARY: The GMUG RAC will meet in
Delta, Colorado. The committee is
meeting as authorized under the Secure
Rural Schools and Community Self
Determination Act (Pub. L. 110–343)
and in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the meeting is to gather the newly
appointed Committee members together
to elect a Chair, determine operating
principles and organize to accept project
proposals for Title II funds within
Garfield, Mesa, Delta, Gunnison and
Montrose Counties, Colorado.

2010, at 9:30 a.m.

CLOSED MEETING: The members of the
Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG)
will meet in closed session to review
and discuss a number of issues relating
to U.S. Government-funded nonmilitary international broadcasting.
They will address internal procedural,
budgetary, and personnel issues, as well
as sensitive foreign policy issues
relating to potential options in the U.S.
international broadcasting field. This
meeting is closed because if open it
likely would either disclose matters that
would be properly classified to be kept
secret in the interest of foreign policy
under the appropriate executive order (5
U.S.C. 552b.(c)(1)) or would disclose
information the premature disclosure of
which would be likely to significantly
frustrate implementation of a proposed
agency action. (5 U.S.C. 552b.(c)(9)(B))
In addition, part of the discussion will
relate solely to the internal personnel
and organizational issues of the BBG or
the International Broadcasting Bureau.
