ACTION: Extension of public comment period. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: On April 28, 2010, EPA published a proposed rule for mercury emissions from the gold mine ore processing and production area source category. We are announcing an extension of the public comment period to June 28, 2010. DATES: Submit comments on or before June 28, 2010. ADDRESSES: Comments.
