Take notice that on May 11, 2010, CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Company (CEGT), 1111 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas 77002, filed in the above referenced docket an application pursuant to section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and part 157 of the Commission’s regulations, requesting authorization to abandon in place two 1,100 horsepower (HP) compressor units, fuel meter, compressor building and associated yard and station piping located at Dunn Junction Compressor Station in Logan County, Arkansas. CEGT states that the Dunn Junction Compressor Station is adjacent to the Dunn Compressor Station and yard and station piping at the Dunn Compressor Station has been reconfigured. CEGT asserts that gas supplies can be redirected from Dunn Junction Compressor Station to the Dunn Compressor Station, thus making the Dunn Junction Compressor Station inactive and no longer needed, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
