Take notice that on May 3, 2010, Eagle Rock Desoto Pipeline, L.P., (Desoto) filed a Notice of Rate Election pursuant to section 284.123(b)(1)(ii) of the Commission’s regulations. Desoto proposes to utilize its presently effective Texas Railroad Commission city-gate transportation rate for interruptible transportation service on its Central and North System pursuant to section 311 of the Natural Gas Act. The interruptible transportation rate for both systems is 20.5 cents/MMBtu plus 0.5 percent fuel reimbursement. Any person desiring to participate in this rate filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214).
