DATES: The Idaho Falls District RAC will meet in Salmon, Idaho on June 22–23, 2010 for a two-day meeting at the Salmon Field Office, 1206 S. Challis, Salmon, Idaho. The first day will begin at 10:30 a.m. and adjourn at 4:30 p.m. The second day will begin at 8 a.m. and adjourn at 2:30 p.m. Members of the public are invited to attend. A comment period will be held following the introductions. All meetings are open to the public. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The 15member Council advises the Secretary of the Interior, through the BLM, on a variety of planning and management issues associated with public land management in the BLM Idaho Falls District, which covers eastern Idaho. SUMMARY: The Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Advisory Council 
(Council) was established by the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control 
Act of 1974 (Pub. L. 93-320) (Act) to receive reports and advise 
Federal agencies on implementing the Act. In accordance with the 
Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Bureau of Reclamation announces 
that the Council will meet as detailed below. The meeting of the 
Council is open to the public.

DATES: The Council will conduct the meeting on Friday, June 4, 2010, 
from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 12:30 p.m. Any member of the public may 
file written statements with the Council before, during, or up to 30 
days after the meeting either in person or by mail. To the extent that 
time permits, the Council chairman will allow public presentation of 
oral comments at the meeting. To allow full consideration of 
information by Council members, written notice must be provided at 
least 5 days prior to the meeting. Any written comments received prior 
to the meeting will be provided to Council members at the meeting.
