For the reasons discussed in the
preamble, the Federal Communications
Commission amends 47 CFR part 73 as
follows:

SUMMARY: DoD is issuing a technical
amendment to the Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement
(DFARS) to correct a reference to a
paragraph in a FAR clause.

correcting the paragraph reference to

amended, to allocate not less than one
very high frequency commercial
television channel to each State, if
technically feasible.
DATES: This rule is effective June 7,
2010.
