a ‘‘permit-but-disclose’’ proceeding in

For the reasons discussed in the
preamble, the Federal Communications
Commission amends 47 CFR part 73 as
follows:

SUMMARY: DoD is issuing a technical
amendment to the Defense Federal
Acquisition Regulation Supplement
(DFARS) to correct a reference to a
paragraph in a FAR clause.

rule amends DFARS text at 252.204–
7007, Alternate A, Annual
Representations and Certifications, by
correcting the paragraph reference to
FAR 52.204–8 from paragraph (c) to
paragraph (d).

SUMMARY: The Commission grants the
allotment of channel 5 to Seaford,
Delaware. The Commission waived the
freeze on the filing of new DTV
allotments to initiate this proceeding
and to advance the policy, as set forth
in Section 331(a) of the
Communications Act of 1934, as
amended, to allocate not less than one
very high frequency commercial
television channel to each State, if
technically feasible.
DATES: This rule is effective June 7,
2010.
