    Take notice that on April 27, 2010, Acacia Natural Gas Corporation 
(Acacia) submitted its baseline filing of its Statement of Operating 
Conditions for the interruptible transportation services provided under 
section 311(a)(2) of the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (NGPA).
