for amendment. This 180–day period
will also permit interested members of
the public to intercede with registrants
prior to the Agency’s approval of the

Table 2 of this unit includes the
names and addresses of record for all
registrants of the products listed in
Table 1 of this unit, in sequence by EPA
company number.

IV. Procedures for Withdrawal of
Request
Registrants who choose to withdraw a
request for use deletion must submit the
withdrawal in writing to Christopher

The Agency will consider written
withdrawal requests postmarked no
later than November 1, 2010.

that the Export-Import Bank of the
United States has received an
application to provide short-term
insurance support for a $12 million
revolving credit line for the export of
U.S. foundry tooling equipment to
Mexico. The U.S. exports will enable
the Mexican company to produce up to
8 million automotive engine heads and
1.3 million automotive engine blocks
per year. The majority of the Mexican
production is expected to be consumed

information indicates that the bulk, if
not all, of U.S. production of automotive
engine heads and engine blocks is
performed by U.S. auto manufacturers at

The North American Numbering
Council (NANC) has scheduled a
meeting to be held Friday, May 21,
2010, from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. The
meeting will be held at the Federal
Communications Commission, Portals
II, 445 Twelfth Street, SW., Room TW–
C305, Washington, DC. This meeting is
open to members of the general public.
The FCC will attempt to accommodate
as many participants as possible. The
public may submit written statements to
the NANC, which must be received two
business days before the meeting. In
addition, oral statements at the meeting
by parties or entities not represented on
the NANC will be permitted to the
extent time permits. Such statements
will be limited to five minutes in length
by any one party or entity, and requests
to make an oral statement must be
received two business days before the
meeting.

people with disabilities (braille, large
print, electronic files, audio format),
