ACTION: Notice of meeting.
SUMMARY: In accordance with the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, the
Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is
announcing that the Advisory Board for
Exceptional Children (Advisory Board)
will hold its next meeting in Old Town,
Maine. The purpose of the meeting is to
meet the mandates of the Individuals
with Disabilities Education Act of 2004
(IDEA) for Indian children with
disabilities.
The Advisory Board will meet on
Monday, May 17, 2010, from 8:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, May 18,
2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Eastern Time.
