L. 104–13, May 22, 1995), this notice announces that the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for review of a revised information collection. ‘‘Request to Disability Annuitant for Information on Physical Condition and Employment’’ (OMB Control No. 3206–0143; Form RI 30–1), is used by persons who are not yet age 60 and who are receiving a disability annuity and are subject to inquiry regarding their medical condition as OPM deems reasonably necessary. RI 30–1 collects information as to whether the disabling condition has changed. We estimate 8,000 RI 30–1 forms will be completed annually.
