AGENCY:
SUMMARY: In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub.
L. 104–13, May 22, 1995), this notice
announces that the Office of Personnel
Management (OPM) has submitted to
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) a request for review of a revised
information collection. ‘‘Request to
Disability Annuitant for Information on
Physical Condition and Employment’’
(OMB Control No. 3206–0143; Form RI
30–1), is used by persons who are not
yet age 60 and who are receiving a
disability annuity and are subject to
inquiry regarding their medical
condition as OPM deems reasonably
necessary. RI 30–1 collects information
as to whether the disabling condition
has changed.
We estimate 8,000 RI 30–1 forms will
be completed annually. We estimate it
takes approximately 60 minutes to
complete the form. The annual burden
is 8,000 hours.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub.

announces that the Office of Personnel
Management (OPM) has submitted to
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) a request for review of a revised
information collection. This information
collection, ‘‘Disabled Dependent
Questionnaire’’ (OMB Control No. 3206–
0179; Form RI 30–10), is used to collect
sufficient information about the medical
condition and earning capacity for the
Office of Personnel Management to be
able to determine whether a disabled
adult child is eligible for health benefits
coverage and/or survivor annuity
payments under the Civil Service
Retirement System or the Federal
Employees Retirement System.
Approximately 2,500 RI 30–10 forms
are completed annually. The form takes
approximately 1 hour to complete. The
annual estimated burden is 2,500 hours.

The National Council on
Federal Labor-Management Relations
plans to meet on the following dates—

The meetings will start at 10 a.m. and

Street, NW., Washington, DC. The
Council is an advisory body composed
of representatives of Federal employee
organizations, Federal management
organizations, and senior government
officials. The Council was established
by Executive Order 13522, entitled,
‘‘Creating Labor-Management Forums to
Improve Delivery of Government
Services,’’ which was signed by the
President on December 9, 2009. Along
with its other responsibilities, the
Council assists in the implementation of
Labor Management Forums throughout
the government and makes
recommendations to the President on
innovative ways to improve delivery of
services and products to the public
while cutting costs and advancing
employee interests. The Council is cochaired by the Director of the Office of
Personnel Management and the Deputy
Director for Management of the Office of
Management and Budget.
