Contractor Requirements Under these contract numbers, the contractor will perform the following: Under Contract No. EP10H001162, The contractor shall conduct information gathering session for the purpose of building the Incidents Data System. The contractor will collect and document requirements for an integrated data system and centralized incident data repository. The Contractor will be the primary resource for gathering information form a workgroup formed for the purpose of creating the Incidents Data system. After requirements have been approved, the Contractor shall design and build the Incidents Data System following all EPA-approved application development methodology. The gathering and creation of the system entails exposure to sensitive data in order for the Contractor to understand the complexity of the data and workflow. These contracts involve no subcontractors. The OPP has determined that the contracts described in this document involve work that is being conducted in connection with FIFRA, in that pesticide chemicals will be the subject of certain evaluations to be made under this contract. These evaluations may be used in subsequent regulatory decisions under FIFRA. Some of this information may be entitled to confidential treatment. The information has been submitted to EPA under sections 3, 4, 6, and 7 of FIFRA and under sections 408 and 409 of FFDCA.
