U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS).

or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Individuals or
households. Form I–821 is necessary in
order for USCIS to make a
determination that the applicant meets
the TPS eligibility requirements and
conditions.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 335,333 responses at 1 hour
and 30 minutes (1.5 hours) per
response.
(6) An estimate of the total public
