SUMMARY: Announcement is made of the availability for licensing of the 
invention set forth in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 09/871,743, 
entitled ``Active Topical Skin Protectants,'' filed June 1, 2001, which 
issued on October 29, 2002 as U.S. Patent No. 6,472,437. The United 
States Government, as represented by the Secretary of the Army, has 
rights to this invention.
