III. Date of Effectiveness of the
Proposed Rule Change and Timing for
Commission Action
The foregoing rule change is effective
upon filing pursuant to Section
19(b)(3)(A) 6 of the Act and
subparagraph (f)(2) of Rule 19b–4 7
thereunder, because it establishes a due,
fee, or other charge imposed by NYSE
Arca on its members. At any time
within 60 days of the filing of the
proposed rule change, the Commission
may summarily abrogate such rule
change if it appears to the Commission
that such action is necessary or
appropriate in the public interest, for
the protection of investors, or otherwise
in furtherance of the purposes of the
Act.

Refugee Admissions Program
There will be a meeting on the
President’s FY 2011 Refugee
Admissions Program on Tuesday, May
4, 2010 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The
meeting will be held at the Refugee
Processing Center, 1401 Wilson
Boulevard, Suite 700, Arlington,
Virginia. The meeting’s purpose is to
hear the views of attendees on the
appropriate size and scope of the FY
2011 Refugee Admissions Program.
Persons wishing to attend this
meeting must notify the Bureau of
Population, Refugees, and Migration at
telephone (202) 663–1006 by 5 p.m. on
Thursday, April 29, 2010, to reserve a
seat. Persons wishing to present written

included in the exhibition ``The Spectacular Art of Jean-L[eacute]on

custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the
exhibit objects at the J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles, California,
from on or about June 15, 2010, until on or about September 12, 2010,
and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined,
is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these
Determinations be published in the Federal Register.
