Take notice that on March 31, 2010, Arkansas Western Gas Company (AWG) filed a petition for rate approval pursuant to sections 284.123(b)(2) and 284.224(e)(1) of the Commission’s PO 00000 Frm 00030 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 9990 19965 regulations. AWG proposes to decrease its maximum rate for interruptible transportation service on its northwest Arkansas system south of Drake Compressor Station from $0.1322 per MMBtu to $0.1146 per MMBtu and to increase the rate for compressor fuel and lost and unaccounted for gas from 3.50 percent to 3.60 percent. Any person desiring to participate in this rate proceeding must file a motion to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of intervention or motion to intervene, as appropriate. Arkansas Western Gas Company; Notice of Petition for Rate 
Approval

April 5, 2010.
    Take notice that on March 31, 2010, Arkansas Western Gas Company 
(AWG) filed a petition for rate approval pursuant to sections 
284.123(b)(2) and 284.224(e)(1) of the Commission's regulations. AWG
