SUMMARY: An open meeting of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel Notice 
Improvement Issue Committee will be conducted. The Taxpayer Advocacy 
Panel is soliciting public comments, ideas and suggestions on improving 
customer service at the Internal Revenue Service.
