Abstract: A general partner or a
limited liability company member
manager (LLC member manager) and an
electronic return originator (ERO) use
Form 8879–B when the general partner
or LLC member manager wants to use a
personal identification number (PIN) to
electronically sign an electing large
partnership’s electronic income tax
return, and, if applicable, consent to an
electronic funds withdrawal.
Current Actions: There is no change
in the paperwork burden previously
approved by OMB. This form is being
submitted for renewal purposes only.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Businesses and other
for-profit organizations.
