SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Nebraska is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of February 25, 2010. Boone, Boyd, Cedar, Colfax, Cuming, Dixon, Fillmore, Frontier, Furnas, Gosper, Greeley, Harlan, Holt, Howard, Knox, Loup, Merrick, Nuckolls, Pierce, Platte, Polk, Richardson, Sarpy, and Wayne Counties for Public Assistance. Platte and Sarpy Counties for emergency protective measures (Category B), including snow assistance, under the Public Assistance program for any continuous 48-hour period during or proximate to the incident period. SUMMARY: The Delaware River and Bay Oil Spill Advisory Committee (DRBOSAC) will meet in Philadelphia, PA to discuss and approve DRBOSAC’s report on oil spill prevention and response strategies for the Delaware River and Bay. This meeting will be open to the public. DATES: The Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This meeting may close early if all business is finished. Written material, requests to make oral presentations, and requests to have a copy of your material distributed to each member of the committee should reach the Coast Guard on or before April 20, 2010.
